lounge concept.
CONTINUED EXPANSION OF CURRENT CONCEPTS
Verant Group will continue to open bars and restaurants in selected areas. The Company will purchase
the land if available to increase each location’s investment value. The location will undergo a complete
renovation maintaining the same concept as the other stores.
DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
Verant Group is looking to purchase land for the development of strip malls in which one of the company’s
signature locations would be an anchor tenant.
ULTRA SPORTS LOUNGE CONCEPT
Verant Group is in the process of creating a new concept incorporating high-end sports lounges. These
ultra-lounges will offer a fine selection of food and beverages along with full-size pool tables and VIP and
Cigar rooms. The vibe will be modern and cutting edge with a touch of class providing for an exclusive
experience. Each venue will not only be open to its guests on a nightly basis, but will also offer various
private party options.
