CONTINUED EXPANSION OF CURRENT CONCEPTS
Verant Group will continue to open bars and restaurants in selected areas. The Company will purchase
the land if available to increase each location’s investment value. The location will undergo a complete
renovation maintaining the same concept as the other stores.
DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
Verant Group is looking to purchase land for the development of strip malls in which one of the company’s signature locations would be an anchor tenant.
